Peer Academic Coaches (PACs)

- Developing effective time management strategies for academic success
- Planning and organising study approaches for assessments
- Transitioning to university-level learning and academic expectations
- Navigating campus systems, services, and learning environments
- Building motivation and cultivating productive academic habits
Peer Academic Coaching runs Monday - Friday, 10am-3pm. Online Appointments can be booked through the Student Success Portal. Use the button below to access the PACs roster and book an appointment to start your session strong.
Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS)

Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) are structured weekly study groups facilitated by PASS Leaders. PASS Leaders are trained students who have successfully completed the subject. The focus of the PASS sessions is on integrating the course content (what to learn) with academic reasoning and study skills (how to learn).
Check your subjects in SOLS to find out if you are studying a PASS-Supported Subject. You can enrol in PASS via SOLS, using the same space you use to enrol in tutorials. Once enrolled, you will be added to the PASS Moodle site which has full details of sessions available and is where you can access the Zoom links for any online sessions.
PASS sessions are available across all UOW campuses, including online and will commence in week 2.
