Need help enrolling in your course, subjects or tutorials? Before you attend your Orientation Day you should be enrolled in your course, subjects and tutorials. If you need assistance with any of this or have questions about starting at UOW - check out the Enrolment Support at UOW below!  

If you're studying at one of our Regional or Sydney Metro campuses, check out what's happening on your campus via the details below.

Please note: This is an optional event available to you as part of the It's Go Time program. 

Your Get Started Checklist

  1. Enrol in your course and subjects

  2. Attend an Enrolment Support offering (if you need help with step 1)

  3. Register for your Orientation Day (invites will be emailed from mid June 2024 onwards)

  4. Create your timetable and enrol in tutorials (or classes)
  5. Organise your student ID card
  6. Get familiar with support services for when you need them

Wollongong campus

At the Wollongong campus we're offering a variety of Enrolment Support options throughout July 2024. Keep reading below to choose the best option for you! 

Enrolment Support Events in July 2024

Enrolment Support Events will run in July and while all events will support you in completing your enrolment, the on-campus events will provide more in-depth information on how you can best prepare for your Orientation Day and start of session, seek advice and discover support services, and collect student cards. They're running over multiple dates, so that you don't miss the opportunity to attend. Registrations are required for these sessions so register below for the event that suits you best. 

If you're unable to attend an on-campus event, you can register for our Online event. On-demand videos and a link to join this Live Q&A will be sent to you on Monday, 8 July

Please note, if you require individual advice on which subjects to enrol in, you'll need to attend an on-campus event.

Kickstart Your Experience

Starting at uni can be a daunting time, so we've organised some tailored activities to help you kickstart your time here at UOW. Make new friends and build your connections from the start with our Student Success Mentor team.

These activities are available as part of your registered in-person Enrolment Support Event.

Wednesday, 3 July

Take an adventure and navigate the UOW campus 'Amazing Race' style, then get the insider tips from students who have been in your shoes.

Meet your peers and connect with the Student Success Mentors to get the insider tips from students who have been in your shoes.

Drop-in Enrolment Support Labs

Have a question or need assistance but can't make enrolment events above? Drop-in enrolment support labs will be running through to the start of session to answer your questions and help you get started in 2024. The AskUOW Team will be available to assist you with:

  • Activating your UOW account
  • Understanding your course handbook
  • Timetabling and tutorial selection
  • Collecting you student ID card

Sessions will start on the hour every hour between the times below (10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm).

No registrations required, simply drop in.
